This notice explains what the LIAM website and learner platform store, how contact information is handled and the choices available to you.
Transform U learners may create an email-based account. Enrolment, commitment, progress, assessment attempts and certificate records are kept in a protected permanent database. Devotional and recovery progress remains on the learner's own device unless an account-based option is introduced.
If you call or email, LIAM may use your name, contact details and the minimum information required to answer, provide support or refer you appropriately. Do not send detailed medical, addiction, abuse or child-protection information by ordinary email; call instead.
Information is used to respond to requests, coordinate appropriate support, protect safety, administer programmes and meet lawful responsibilities. LIAM will not sell personal information.
You may ask what information LIAM holds about you and request correction or deletion where applicable. You may clear device progress through your browser's site-data settings.
LIAM aims to restrict access, use reasonable safeguards and retain information only for the support, legal or operational purpose that requires it. The secure learner platform requires documented access controls, retention decisions, data-subject request procedures and final board and legal approval before public enrolment.
The current LIAM website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Browser storage is used only for progress and device preferences.
